I have left multiple voicemails trying to get some information about an MRI I had. I can’t take time off from work and have asked for any other options as my doctor doesn’t work weekends. I am always transferred to a nurses desk. The same nurses desk I have left messages at for a couple of weeks now with no call back. I’m so unhappy with them. Everyone on the phone is very polite but will do nothing to help. “Oh I’ll just transfer you to the nurses desk” every time I call only to hear the voice mail which I know won’t be returned. 👎🏼

I've been going to Orlin & Cohen for many years. I have been to 36 Lincoln Ave in Rockville Centre, 444 Merrick Road in Lynbrook and now 1728 Sunrise Hwy.. I have seen Dr. Manaqib at both locations and Dr Tarleton, I have had 2 hand surgery performed previously by Dr. Rho who was excellent and now recently an MRI for my lower back and neck done at the Lynbrook location. I will be starting physical Therapy at 444 Merrick Road Lynbrook soon as well.Just be aware there is always a very long wait to be seen expect to spend a couple of hours wait past your scheduled appointment to be seen, so you do not become too frustrated in the waiting room. I have seen people become impatient, upset, have to reschedule or be late to next appointments. This is not like other doctors office where you arrive 15 - 20 minutes before your appointment and then be seen 5 or 10 minutes after your appointment. Expect to arrive early and wait at least and 1 1/2 hour - 2 hours to be seen. They are are always overbooked and waiting area is always crowded. I have been pleased with the care I've received so far.

The Receptionist was kind, professional and friendly. The MRI technician throughly explained the procedure, so I knew was to expect. He was professional and friendly. He checked on me twice during the MRI to be sure I was comfortable. Although I doubt most people enjoy getting an MRI the staff made the experience as enjoyable as possible. I would not hesitate to go there again or recommend this location to orhers.

I like to start by saying they have a great staff very helpful and knowledgeable. But I was looked at by Dr. Gregory Lieberman and I’d like to say in my opinion Dr. Lieberman needs bed side manners. He looked at me for about 4 minutes and then had X-ray done for my shoulder, and then looked at the X-ray and said there is nothing he can do. He then told me，“You’re too old. This is attributed to wear and tear.” I probably paid about $1200 or more for that visit. Dr Lieberman did not suggest any therapy or even an exercise that would help me, mind you I’m a 64 year that likes to stay in shape and be healthy. I have seeked therapy elsewhere and feel great. My shoulder pain is just about gone. I am writing this review now after a couple of weeks because I am feeling better, no thanks to Dr. Lieberman. I usually don’t like to make comments on Doctors because I like to think they’re all strive to help their patients. And I’m sure they’re hearts on in the right place. I just hope that Dr Lieberman see this review and works harder to better himself. Medical expenses are high enough at least give us what we’re paying for.
